HUMVEE
BUILDS
Every build starts the same way: with a truck that’s lived a hard life.
Built Around Real Use
Most of the Humvees we work with come directly from military service. They arrive as a basic shell, well worn with years of use, layered paint, tired components, and the kind of wear that only time and service create. That’s exactly where we like to begin.
The Starting Point
The trucks we source are structurally solid, but far from finished. Before any upgrades or personalization can happen, we go back to the beginning. The goal isn’t to cover up age, it’s to remove it entirely.
Full Disassembly
Each Humvee is completely dismantled. The body is lifted from the frame, allowing us to access everything underneath. Components are separated, labeled, and inspected. This stage sets the tone for the entire build, nothing is rushed, and nothing is assumed to be “good enough.”
Separating the body from the frame gives us the opportunity to evaluate the truck properly and rebuild it the right way.
Cleaning & Restoration
Once disassembled, every part is assessed. Components that meet our standards are cleaned, refinished, and restored. Parts that don’t make the cut are replaced. Frames are stripped and refinished. Hardware is renewed. Mechanical systems are refreshed. By the time this stage is complete, the truck isn’t just cleaned up — it’s reset.
Reassembly & Personalization
With components restored and refinished, reassembly begins. The frame and body come back together, and the truck starts to look like itself again.
This is also where customization happens. Whether you want a clean, original-style build or something more refined, changes can be integrated during reassembly. Because the truck is being built from the ground up, adjustments feel intentional, not as an afterthought.
Post-Build Packages
Once the truck is reassembled as a complete base vehicle, additional packages can be added. This may include armoring, specialty configurations, or other upgrades that define the final direction of the build.
By staging these additions after the base restoration, we ensure the foundation is solid before anything else is layered on.
The Finished Truck
By the time a build is complete, the transformation is clear. What began as a well-worn government vehicle leaves as a fully refreshed Humvee — clean, consistent, and ready for its next chapter.
The goal isn’t to simply “fix” an old truck. It’s to rebuild it properly, so it feels as close as possible to a new vehicle coming off the line.
Manufacturing & In-House Parts
Beyond restoration, we manufacture select components in-house. This includes armor, structural parts, and custom pieces designed specifically for the Humvee platform. Producing parts ourselves gives us better control over fit, function, and even component availability.
